New Zealand-Based Designer Frances Jerard  MaDe Dramatic Return to the U.S. During New York Fashion Week

Frances Jerard made a much requested reappearance in the United States during New York Fashion Week as part of the CAAFD Collective Showcase SPRING/SUMMER 2018 on September 10, 2017 at Pier59 Chelsea Piers. The designer previously presented in the US in 2015 when she launched her label and brought her collection “NZ to NY” overseas to be shown in the J Spring Fashion Show. This show was a major success for Jerard as her designs were put on display on a catwalk in front of the New York skyline, a major career turning point. Jerard is ecstatic to bring her designs to the New York stage yet again, and has a collection which improved on everything she has previously designed.

Frances Jerard’s fashion house is rooted firmly in New Zealand, in both location and design choices, and she has brought that style all over the world. In addition to launching the “NZ to NY” collection in 2015, Jerard also had a Spring/Summer 2016 Ready-to-Wear line launch during Vancouver Fashion Week in the Fall 2015. Jerard is known for her “dress life to the fullest” philosophy, as she produces a unique style full of feminine colors that symbolizes the spring/summer theme. Frances Jerard specializes in designs specific to the needs of women, and creates collections that reflect the women of the world.

The New York Fashion Week audience saw Frances Jerard’s trans-seasonal collection which blew away all expectations. Her feminine style brimmed with bright floral designs and intricate lace trims adorn her pieces in the pursuit of spreading womanhood all over the runway.
